Do you need a refresher on meditation? Have you wanted to ask questions about your practice? Or, are you new to meditation … not sure how to take up a sitting practice? This workshop may be just the setting to help satisfy your curiosity.
A workshop on Zen meditation and mindfulness designed to help clarify what meditation is and is not. We will look at how to deal with problems in meditation and how to bring meditation into your everyday life.
The day will include meditation instruction, lectures, introductory-length sitting and walking meditation periods, lunch, and Q&A. Registrants will also be encouraged to reconvene at Dharma Field the following morning before joining the community in the meditation hall for meditation.
