Continuous Practice Commitments
If you would like to develop a deep and steady practice of meditation, please consider committing to one or several sitting periods a week at Dharma Field. Unlike the practice periods, this program is continuous throughout the year with a minimum commitment of one sitting. To learn more, or to register your commitment, please fill out the Continuous Practice form available on the coatroom bulletin board and give it to Steve Hagen in person, either in dokusan or informally.
