December 21, 4:30 p.m – 6:05 p.m. followed by a casual social gathering with seasonal snacks.
Wednesday, December 21 is the winter solstice. We will mark the transition with an early evening of zazen, and a short talk on the imagery of darkness and light. Afterward, participants are welcome to gather downstairs for simple seasonal snacks. The evening is open to all; however, meditation experience is recommended.
The doors to the meditation hall will be open for all portions, so that you may attend any part of the evening.
