Practice of Meditation Workshop
Saturday, Jan 11, 9:00 am - 3 pm, lunch provided
This a workshop on Zen meditation and mindfulness, designed to help clarify what meditation is and is not. It will also cover dealing with problems in meditation and bringing meditation into your everyday life. This Saturday workshop will include meditation instruction, lectures, introductory-length sitting and walking meditation periods, lunch, and Q&A.
