KATE LUCAS
Kate Lucas has practiced yoga for more than twenty years. She completed her 230-hour teacher training in 2019 with Yoga Sanctuary, a nonprofit studio in Minneapolis, where she teaches a calming yoga class. Her class instruction strives for a balance between steadiness and ease, strength and flexibility, challenge and relaxation. She also strives to help students make the class their own—to listen to their body and what it needs that day, and come home to themselves more fully. Kate has been a student at Dharma Field since 2015.
