Sign up deadline: September 8
Practice periods allow students, for a designated period of time, to take up Buddhist practice more intensively than they usually might. Because it is done with other Zen students, it can also foster a sense of community important to practicing Buddhism. Whether you are a beginning student or one with more experience, practice period can deepen one’s practice.
There is no charge for members of Dharma Field.
Nonmembers please pay $90.
For residents of the Twin Cities metro area (unless otherwise arranged with the head teacher)

CONTINUOUS PRACTICE COMMITMENT:
If you would like to develop a deep and steady practice of meditation, please consider committing to one or several sitting periods a week. This is available for both local and non-local participants.
Unlike the practice periods, this program is continuous throughout the year with a minimum commitment of one sitting. To learn more, or to register your commitment, please fill out the Continuous Practice form available here, or on the coatroom bulletin board and give it to Steve Matuszak in person, either in dokusan or informally.
