Please join us in this open-ended series of discussions on teachings from the book The Hidden Lamp: Stories from Twenty-Five Centuries of Awakened Women, a collection of one hundred koans and stories ab our open-ended series of discussions on teachings from the book The Hidden Lamp: Stories from Twenty-Five Centuries of Awakened Women, a collection of one hundred koans and stories about or by Buddhist women from the time of the Buddha to the present. The book also includes insightful commentary by respected, contemporary women Buddhist teachers. The stories and commentary are fresh and accessible, resonating with the concerns of twenty-first century American Zen practitioners and curious newcomers. Discussions will be led by Steve Matuszak and are free and open to the public. You do not need to have attended previous sessions to participate. Available on Zoom.
